By accessing nutriciologia.sk and engaging with our clinical nutrition consultancy services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a binding agreement between you and Nutriciologia, headquartered at Hlavná 12, 040 01 Košice, Slovakia.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to book an independent consultation. If you are seeking nutritional planning for a minor, a legal guardian must provide written consent and be present during virtual or in-person sessions.

Nutriciologia provides high-level dietary assessments and personalized nutritional planning. These services are delivered primarily through digital channels, including video conferencing and secure email correspondence.

Our methodology relies on the accuracy of the data you provide. Success is a collaborative effort between the specialist and the client.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose clinical needs exceed the scope of outpatient nutritional consultancy or whose medical history requires hospital-integrated acute care.

Nutriciologia provides nutritional therapy and dietary planning. While our protocols are based on clinical evidence, they do not replace the diagnosis or treatment offered by a licensed Medical Doctor (MD).

• — Clients are urged to consult their primary physician before beginning any radical changes to their diet or supplementation.
• — Nutritional plans are educational and therapeutic tools, not guarantees of biological outcomes.

Current pricing for dietary assessments and long-term planning is detailed on our Services & Fees page. Fees are payable in advance of the consultation.

All educational materials, meal plans, PDF guides, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Nutriciologia. Clients are granted a limited, personal license to use these materials for their own health journey.

Redistribution, public posting, or commercial use of Nutriciologia protocols without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
